King of the Underground is an annual Drag King pageant competition held in Western Australia, proudly produced by Cherry Bomb and dedicated to championing Drag King excellence in all its forms.
Now in its fifth year, the event returns on Saturday 6th June at Connections Nightclub, continuing its legacy as a cornerstone of Boorloo’s drag landscape by platforming masc drag artists and gender-diverse performers to showcase the full spectrum of king artistry.
